Born in Conyers, Georgia. Built on Trust.

Arista Childcare Referral Service, Inc. was founded in the Spring of 1996 by Gwendolyn Shy, an Atlanta, Georgia native with a deep passion for connecting families with caregivers they can truly trust. What began as a local childcare referral service in Rockdale County has grown into Metro Atlanta's most personalized childcare referral agency — serving families, daycare centers, private schools, hotels, and corporate clients across the entire region.

For over 13 years, Arista CRS has operated on a simple but powerful belief: every family deserves access to a caregiver who is not just qualified, but genuinely right for their household. We are not a national franchise. We are a real local business, led by real people, who care deeply about the children and families we serve.

Our History

2012 — Founded

Arista Childcare Referral Service, Inc. is incorporated in Georgia by Gwendolyn Shy. The agency begins serving families in Conyers and Rockdale County with personalized caregiver referrals.

Late 1990s–2000s — Metro Atlanta Expansion

Arista CRS expands its service area to include DeKalb County, Gwinnett County, and Fulton County — bringing vetted caregiver referrals to families across the broader Metro Atlanta region.
