Service Policies
Booking & Referrals
All placements begin with a comprehensive family consultation to understand your specific needs. Referrals are carefully screened and background-checked to meet our high standards of care. Once a suitable candidate is selected, a referral fee is due as outlined in our service agreement before care commences.
Support & Guarantee
We offer a 90-day replacement guarantee for all long-term placements. If for any reason the caregiver does not meet your expectations within this period, we will provide additional referrals at no extra cost. Ongoing support is available for both families and caregivers throughout the duration of the placement.
